Court San Bernardino County Superior Court
Synopsis Our client was charged with vehicular manslaughter resulting from a tragic accident wherein his son died. The district attorney refused to negotiate any resolution other than pleading guilty and accepting responsibility for what they believed he had done. After an extensive, year-long investigation, Bullard & Powell went to trial on the matter. It was a long, hard trial but we were not going to let our client plead guilty to something he did not do.
Outcome Not Guilty Verdict at Trial
